So for a while there I'd been writing one Twilight Covening post a day, mostly based on prose I'd written at the event. Next up is Sunday evening and night -- the visioning ritual, which went quite long. It was 3am by the time I'd eaten the post-ritual meal and sat down to write, and all I could manage was a bunch of keywords for the important stuff. My one-a-day posting routine broke when I got to that part, and then I got back to normal life for a while.

I want to revisit those notes soon while the experience is somewhat fresh -- that was the most important part of the event for me this year.

I was wondering where you'd gone! ;)

Thanks for the sandpainting photos. Reminds me of Tibetan monks who make sand mandalas. One is reminded of our impermanence and that art can be beautiful, transformative, and temporary, and that the process of creating is the important part, not the project. Good to remember in life. Blessings.

Looking forward to it.

I find as the experience fades a bit that I want to pin some of it down in words, too, lest it escape completely.

I wanted to thank you for the pictures of the ritual art. :) You even managed to photograph something I had created, which made me very happy. I wanted to see it again.

(I was the flowers and vines in the walk through the woods section. ;)
