So volta, mud_puppy, and I have yet to see Return of the King. (And it's been out for *days*!) We've just gotten ourselves tickets for the 7:40pm MONDAY showing at Loews Boston Common, and would be thrilled to have more company. If anyone wants to join us, go ahead and get tickets and let me know you're coming so we can look for you / save seats. We'll probably be getting there around 7:15pm.

smuggle in food. they don't seem to care. (although y'all will at least be seeing it *after* dinner, and not *through* lunchtime, unlike some of us...) but it's an awfully long time to go without liquid, and you DON'T want to get up mid-movie.

Oh! I was just about to bemoan having missed this and not having been able to go with you today, and then I realized you meant tomorrow. OK! I'll be there!

And on another note, what is the text at the bottom of your icon for this post? I can't quite make it out, and magnifying it didn't help. It looks like it might say "Amnesty", but it might say other things, too. :-)

(1) The schedule lists *two* 7:40 shows there -- presumably different theaters. Which one did you get tickets for, do you know?

(2) Where'd you order tickets? www.boston.com has online ticketing for some theaters, but not the Boston Common.

Wow, I saw this before you did! And it only cost me $4 to do so! :)

Granted it wasn't the best theater in the world, but I've never been too picky about that as long as they can do at least surround sound. :)

I think I liked the second one the best out of the three.
