Today I noticed myself thinking, "I wish I could get music recommendations based on the contents of my iTunes Library."
So, I went and searched the keywords 'itunes recommendations' on google, and the top hit was just such a thing. It even uses the play count for each song in lieu of a rating if you don't want to rate everything you own.
Caveat: this is a university research project, not a commercial product. They currently have a ~1 week turnaround between receiving your data and sending your recommendations.
