Need an outing in SF

I'm in San Franciso, and will have nothing to do after 1:30pm today. (It's 11:50am as I write this.) I'm at the Moscone conference center, not far from Union Square and Market Street. What San Francisco things do people think I would enjoy doing for the afternoon?
